Cask @ GBBF 2017. Pours a pale amber color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty hoppy caramel aroma. Fruity malty caramel hoppy flavor. Has a fruity malty caramel hoppy finish.

Cask (handpump) @ GBBF 2017, [ Great British Beer Festival 2017 ], London Olympia, Hammersmith Road, London, England W14 8UX.[ As Moles Rucking Mole ].Clear medium amber colour with a small to average, frothy, good to fair lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, caramel. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, caramel, nutty notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20170809] 5-3-6-3-12

Cask at GBBF 2017, day 3 - London. Pours clear copper with a creamy, khaki head. The aroma holds ripening berries, lightly toasted biscuits, hints of toffee. Light-medium sweet flavour with more pleasant biscuity character, toffee, berries, English yeast. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation; good condition. Finishes with further bready malts, berries, sugar, simple bread. Fun ESB.

Sampled @ GBBF 2017, Day 2. A clear dark amber beer with a small off-white head. Aroma of caramelish malt, red malt, some red fruits. Taste of mild citrusy hops, caramel, reddish malt, low bitterness and carbonation.

Leeds Beer Festival 2015. Copper with a small head. Has a sweetened malt character and is an easy drinking session ale.

Pint from the Raven, Bath. Slightly hazy amber brown with a thin off white head. Aroma is malts, fruit, and caramel. Taste the same. Smooth palate with a slightly bitter finish.

500ml bottle. Clear chestnut brown colour with average, frothy to creamy, half-way lasting, moderately lacing, off-white head. Slightly grassy and herbal hoppy aroma, caramel malty background, a touch of peppermint. Taste is herbal hoppy, a touch of citrus and peppermint, subtle, minimally sweet caramel malty undertones; minimally metallic touch in the slightly bitter finish.

Cask at the Sussex Arms, Twickenham Green - 29/12/12. Lightly hazed mid brown with a thin off white head that retains well as a solid film. Nose is malts, fruit, candied sugars, caramel. Taste comprises malt, fruits, a little sugar. Medium bodied with soft carbonation, nice and smooth on the palate with a little bitterness in the finish. Ok/Average stuff.
