Can at the DP tasting, enormous thanks Barba & Elena! Murky yellow body, off-white head. Heaps of pineapple and some peach mixed with resin in the aroma, oooh, two months old, this is still freshish-smelling! The taste shows that it's not 100% in, but I'd almost guess it was around 80-90%, slightly oxidized pineapple, a lot of resin, pungent, herbal, somewhat prickly and tart, sweetish but drinkable. Just lovely, with very well hidden ABV. Huge respect! Realistically 3.8-3.9, but impressed enough to give it this much.

Poured from a 16 oz can dated May 1, 2024. Aroma is very fruit forward with lots of peach, nectarine, guava, passion fruit, pineapple and tropical citrus. Lighter dank, fusel notes. Light cracker malt and alcohol notes. Pours a very hazy, pale, golden straw color with a medium large, fairly thick, fluffy, white head that recedes steadily to a small film that lingers in clumps on the edges. Medium lacing and medium length legs. Flavor is fairly sweet with light cracker malt notes. Moderate bitterness and medium light alcohol notes. Very fruity just like in the aroma with lots of peach, nectarine, guava and passion fruit. Lighter tropical citrus, pineapple and dank, oily notes. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a really nice DDH DIPA. Very New England style with super fruity hop notes and esters. Light malt profile, fairly sweet and low bitterness. Alcohol is well hidden and this is pretty easy drinking despite the size. Very juicy.
