Here at Beatnikz we all have our beery first love; and more often than not, it is the first time we had a West Coast Pale Ale. With that in mind, were delighted to have produced our version of this particular style encompassing everything we know, love and remember. Off The Road is a clean, crisp mid-high ABV with a refreshing bitterness that balances well with the huge grapefruit and citrus notes coming from the Chinook and Citra. Simcoe was added in both the boil and the dry hop to add that quintessential pine aroma, before the Azacca hops hit with a noticeable tropical fruit charge as well as complementary levels of citrus to tie the whole beer together.
