TCBW2024 (thanks marduk!). Reddish purple colour with a minor off-white head. Aroma is cherries, red currant with some mild vanilla and coconut lurking. Flavour is kind of the same elements as the aroma, but coconut is a bit more evident.

Dieses Sour Ale erscheint in kräftig trübem Dunkelrot. Was die Schaumkrone betrifft, so ist diese, wie bei so vielen Pastry Sours nicht vorhanden bzw. löst sich sofort komplett auf. Die Duftaromatik wirkt zuckerig fruchtig, hat etwas von Fruchtgummi, aber die Noten von Marille, Ribisel, Kirsche, Kokos und Vanille sind alle da. Der Antrunk kommt frisch, weichrezent, säuerlich und geballt fruchtig. Der Körper wirkt trotz 5 % Alkohol sehr voll, ist dabei weich- und feinrezent, richtig dickflüssig-nektarartig mit guter Säure und trockenem Charakter. Auch auf Gaumen und Zunge geben sich sämltiche Fruchtnoten wieder die Ehre. Am ehesten sind Kirsche, Marille und Kokos präsent. Die Ribisel blitzt gemeinsam mit der Säure gut durch und die Vanille schwingt nur sehr zart mit. Dieses Gesamtpaket ist schon eine richtig tolle Sache. Aromatisch und haptisch ein regelrechter Smoothie, der richtig Freude macht - auch wenn es vom Fruchtmark vielleicht etwas zu viel des Guten ist. Trotzdem spitze! Im Nachtrunk wirkt die Säure gemeinsam mit den fruchtigen Noten sehr schön nach.

Rood troebel bier zonder schuim. Smaak is fris fruitig licht zuur en romig met iets van rode bessen, kersen en abrikoos. De vanille en kosos maken het compleet wat mij betreft.

Dyp rødblå uklar med rosa skum. Lukter solbær og bringebær. Fruktig og sur. Masse bær, solbær, kirsebær, bringebær, noe aprikos, vanilje. Middels lang,

Tap at Goblet with Hrabren. Murky purple body. Currant, cocoa, coconut and woody notes in the nice aroma. Sweet taste, woody coconut and sour cherry notes primarily. Solid tartness. Smooth except for some particles. Not a wow, too much coconut maybe, but a decent beer!

On tap at Goblet Beer Store, Zagreb. Shared with Marko. Opaque deep purple, minimal head. Aroma is fruity, red fruit, cherry, dark fruit, black currant, red grapes, hints of coconut. Good balance. No hops or malts. Fruity acidity present. Hints of vanilla and candy. Smooth, slick, gentle, sweet, vanilla and quite some greasy coconut milk at first. Sour berries underneath. Red fruit. Puckering sourness. Medium creamy body, soft to moderate carbonation. A vinous touch underneath, also lightly tannic. Finish is semi-sweet with vanilla and coconut flavour lingering on.
