Vařeno na počest hutí a Bohumila Hrabala. Poldi je pivo, co se pije jako voda. Dodává energii do práce a chuť do života. Žatecká odrůda Gaia ji dodává příjemně kořenitou a zemitou chuť. Pivo od podlahy, co vás nikdy nezklame.

----

Brewed in honour of the smelters and Bohumil Hrabal. Poldi is a beer that drinks like water. It gives you energy for work and a zest for life. You can go for it with a can, jugs or barrel, but in any case it is a pleasant companion for the garden, bike or workshop. It's drinkable, as befits an eightner, and thanks to the addition of Munich malt and carapils it's nicely full-bodied too. The Gaia variety from Žatec gives it a pleasantly spicy and earthy taste. A beer from the floor that will never let you down.

Unclear golden with a fluffy head. Grainy, grassy, sourdough, buttery, vanilla, slightly metallic, hay, floral hops, lemon zest. Dry metallic bitterness, buttery grainy sweetness. Light bodied, watery texture, lively carbonated, dry zesty metallic floral buttery bittersweet finish. Excellent considering the low abv!

Tap at Maly pivo. Thin body, medium carbo. A bit watery, but not too much considering it is an 8°. Refreshing, light bready grainy maltiness, light grassy earthy hops character. A hint of diacetyl. Easy drinking, quite good.

500ml Can (Galerie Piva, Prague) - Golden yellow with a slight haze and a small head. Grass, floral hops and a hint of honey in the aroma. Grassy taste with a fair amount of dryness and notes of floral hops and some slightly herbal hints.

Tap at Prague Castle Fest. Paaaale yellow body, thick ivory head. Grainy aroma, hay, light honey, very light hoppiness. Pleasant, but, as expected, fairly empty grainy-white bread malty taste, not too much hoppiness. Just a pleasant light lager.
