Cask at the Great British Beer Festival 2017 - London. Pours clear gold with a foamy, white head. The nose holds rich rosemary, ginger, lemon peel. Light to medium sweet flavour with more herbs, ripe lemon. Medium bodied and lightly oily, with fine carbonation. Finishes with further herbal qualities. OK overall.

Cask (gravity) @ GBBF 2017, [ Great British Beer Festival 2017 ], London Olympia, Hammersmith Road, London, England W14 8UX.[ As Brewer's Art Tiny Tim ].Unclear medium yellow amber colour with a small to small average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, spicy, bubble gum, mint, sweet malt - wheat - honey, rosemary and light hibiscus. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, minty, bubble gum, spicy, sweet malt - honey, yeast - wheat - buckwheat, rosemary and light hibiscus. Cask at GBBF’17, day one, 08/08/17. Lightly hazed golden blonde with a decent off white cap. Nose is lemon rind, straw, grains, bread dough, light rosemary. Taste comprises herbal bite, straw, light spice, citric drizzle. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. So so ... not my kind of beer !

GBBF Day 1. Cask. Hazy gold beer, bubbly white head. Palate is light and semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Light malts. Good lemon sherbet and a little tangerine. Mild pine. Smooth dry lemony finish. Nice!

Cask at GBBF. It pours lightly hazy golden - amber with a small white head. The aroma is sweet, yet savoury, wet grain, bread, orange muffin, slightly floral, spice, cereal, nougat and herbal notes. The taste is dry, floral, hibiscus, cherry blossom, candy, green, herbal, rosemary and grain with a drying finish. Medium body and soft carbonation. Unique that’s for sure. Not too bad for a weird ingredient job.
