ABV: 5.0%. Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, wheat, tart, citrusy, moderate yeasty, horse blanket, fruity yeast, wit bier yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, fruity yeast, funky, grapes - lychee, citric. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft to flat (looks flat). Bottle. Golden pour. Aroma of funky brett, citrus, tart, wheat and yeast. Taste of spritzy tart, funk, brett, horseblanket, citrus, orange, wheat, oak and dry yeast. Bit too much carbonation. Nice bretty funky saison.

Bottled. A hazy yellow beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of lemons, brett, and wheat. The flavor is acidic with notes of lemons, brettanomyces, and wheat, leading to a tart finish.

Flaska från SB. Ljusgul klar vätska med lågt vitt skum. Östtrlifa äpplen, citrus och tanniner. Lite stram och lätt syrlig, fat. Riktigt gott.

(Draught at Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival, 29 Sep 2017) Hazy yellow colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, wheaty nose with citrus, bread, passion-fruit and pineapple. Fruity, slightly tart taste with notes of tropical fruit, passion-fruit, citrus, white bread, spices and a tart and dry finish. Medium body, quite dry. Tasty and refreshing. Nice one. (7/4/7/3/14=3.5) Rerate: (Bottle, 1 Sep 2022) Hazy golden yellow colour with frothy, white head. Fruity nose with notes of lemon, coriander seed, white bread, spices and hay. Fruity, tart taste with lemon, coriander, crisp-bread, pears, hay and a fairly low bitterness in the finish. Light body, dry. Really tasty and refreshing. Very nice.

Straw colored, hazy body, with a medium, dissipating, fluffy, a bit lacing, off-white head.
Aroma of lemongrass, citrus, barnyard, spices, grass, flowers, dough, bread, some sweet fruits.
Tastes of sour citrus, lemongrass, spices, grass, hay, dough, some apples and pears, some barnyard.
Light, slick mouthfeel, with a fizzy carboantion.
Finishes medium sour, spicy, a bit dry, citric, yeasty, floral, grainy, a bit salty, with apples and pears.
Very nice. Fresh and easy to drink, but also surprisingly diverse, especially the nose. Lovely balance of citric, malty and spicy notes, with some fruity sourness and some funky notes, again especially in the nose. Quite outstanding for this style, very characterful stuff.
