(330ml bottle from Systembolaget) Pours basically clear pale gold with a fizzy white head that dissipates quickly. Aroma is quite tart, lemon, elderflower, herbs, wheat, yeasty bread, spices, sulphurous wet funk. Flavour is tart though not sour, a bit lactic, lemon, white grapefruit, wheat, minerals, slight potpourri/spicebox, light wet yeasty funk, light hoppy notes in the back end. Semi-dry finish and aftertaste. Fairly light bodied and a little watery with fizzy carb. Not quite a typical wit, lacking some of the typical additions. Feels a little light on the tongue, refreshing however.

Bright & citrusy with a solid yellow tropical fruit edge but sadly it’s a bit mousy/doughy which ruins it for me.

330 ml bottle. Pours a hazy gold with moderate bubbly head. Aromas of spicy wheat, salty potpourri, and dried lemons. Favors follow same with a dry funkiness. Very interesting spiciness somewhat like cumin as opposed to corriander, make this a very distinctive wit.

Tåkete matt lys gul med lavt hvitt skum. Lukter hvete, gjær, noe sitrus, rognebær og trevirke. Middels fylde. Sursyrlig smak. Sure bær, stikkelsbær, noe rabarbra og passionsfrukt, gjær og hvete. Middels lang.

Bottle. Refreshing witbier with a lot of citrus, lacto and flour. A bit fruity. A bit too sweet.
