Bottle @ Øllets Dag 2024, Sønderborg. Pours clear orange with little to no head. Clear aroma of wild yeast, with touches of elderberry and citrus. Dry, sour flavour of yeast, with dusty notes and malty touches. Dusty and malty aftertaste. Warming alcohol presence. Decent.

Bottle. Citric, fruity, acidic and funky aroma. Hazy golden colour. Almost no head. The flavour is dry and teaish. Much more like tradition lambiek than the modern sours you usually get. Dry, woody finish.

Have rated the 3-year BA, but this one is almost as good. Pours a clear to slightly hazy yellow, no head. Aroma is fruity and herbal, juniper, rosemary, acidic. Medium body. Flavour is sweet and sour, nice balanced acidity, malty, juniper and light raspberry, rosemary. Lovely.

On tap at Arrogant sour Festival, 2022. Hazy orange with small white head. Funky, barnyard, some manure, fruity, bit spicy. Medium sourness.

Bottle. Color: Clear golden, very thin white head. Aroma: Sweet and tart, subtle smoke, herbal. Taste: Light sweet, light to moderate tart, starting fruity (grape, berries, citrus), going to more herbal and spicy (juniper and rosemary) with subtle smoke. Funky background. Medium body, below average carbonation. Dry-ish and bit woody, light bitter finish. Another nice Ca' del Brado beer.
