Keg at Mother Arch III, 27/09/24. Golden blonde with a good sized white cap that thins to a swirl. Nose is lemon rind, herb, damp cloth, green berry must, straw. Taste comprises pale malts, toasted grains, light perfume, herb, mellow brett, good spike of Nelson, pissy green berries. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced layer of both brett and Nelson. Solid.

Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up from the Kernel taproom. Pours clear yellow with a big, billowing pure white froth. Light sweet flavour with rich, expressive brett, some barnyard, manure, lemon peel, pithy grapefruit, damp hay bales, musty cellar, a little grassy bitterness. Light bodied with active, massaging carbonation. Clean finish, lightly drying, more expressive brett funk, citric accents. Great stuff.

Bottle from Kernel webshoppe, no mention of hops on it. Same abv as stated. It pours slightly hazy yellow - blonde with a thick, fluffy white head. The aroma is mucky, funky, lovely brett vibes, barnyard, fizzy cola bottles, lemon sherbet, gooseberry, tart white grape and soor plooms. The taste is firmly dry, snappy, some bitterness, musty, damp grass, herbal, deep funk, plenty of bretty barnyard, damp oak, white grape skin, gooseberry, hint of melon, bitter citrus peel, spice, peppery juniper, negroni and some lemonade sherbet with a bone dry and funky finish. Medium body and moderate, fluffy carbonation. Right up my street. Flavourful and robust.
