Hopped with Simcoe, Columbus cryo and Cascade spectrum for notes of orange marmalade, sweet grapefruit and creamy banana.

Cask at CBC, Covent Garden on 7th July 2024. Clear amber with almost no foam or lace. Rich and intense cheesy malt aroma. Nutty malts and zesty peels in-mouth. Finish is malty with sweet fruits. Full bodied with a smooth mouthfeel.

(Cask at Craft Beer Co The Bear, Paddington, London, 8 May 2024) Pale amber colour, hazy, with foamy off-white head. Fruity nose with notes of orange peel, apricots, caramel and herbs. Fruity, floral taste with apricots, orange peel, yeast, banana and a mild floral bitterness. Refreshing. Quite nice.

Cask at The Green Goddess. Aroma os woody, grainy and kreosote. Clear amber gold. Foamy white head retreats to the rim. Medium sour. Marmalade. Smoke? Light-medium bodied. Slick. Clingy. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Hits the spot fo sho.
