Color marrón cobrizo al trasluz, compacta densa y cremosa corona de espuma beige muy duradera. En nariz, aparte de un fondo aromático de malta tostada y caramelo se perciben notas de madera, hierbay especias, con cierto toque terroso. En boca es muy agradable, cuerpo medio, dulzor moderado, final amargo y herbal. Rica y muy disfrutable

Bottle picked up from Beyond Beer webshop and consumed at home Thursday 9th May 2024 listening to Huw Stephens on 6Music it's Round Table and cooking a Greek Meal name forgotten). Pours dark brown with a creamy textured off white head. This is absolutely superb, a fantastic balance of New World hops and Brown Ale, some sweetness, a little roasty, smooth. I love brown ales and I recall a superb Raspberry Brown Ale that Casey (Doppelganger) made, of course this is a very different beer altogether but it's nonetheless a fantastic beer.

Bottle direct from the brewery webshoppe. It pours hazy deep brown with a thick, beige head. The aroma is toasty, bitter - sweet, cocoa, chocolate bourbon biscuits, some jammy fruits, toasted fruit cake and piney resin. The taste is drying upfront, very bitter, toasty malt, charred, toasted pine, resin, cocoa, bitter coffee beans, burnt toast, nutty, touch of praline, pithy and bitter citrus peel with a buttery, toasty finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Pleasing and punchy.
