Yellow cloudy pour (did not store it upright); aromas of grain, yeast, citrus/grapefruit, some marmelade; taste is yeast, citrus, grain, hops, herbs, hay - decent bitter finish. Very nice.

Bottle. Beer Central Sheffield. Hazed straw gold. Kernel Belgo swede. Wheat. Yeast. Sweet lemon. Touch of mould. Taste has soft lemon sweetness first, turning dry-ish and mineral bitter. Light body. Foamy carbonation. Dry light bitter finish.

Keg at Mother Arch II, 13/07/23 Lightly hazed golden orange with an off white cap that thins to a swirl. Nose is lemon rind, herb, trace of yeast, hedgerow, straw, grains. Taste comprises lemon rind, herb, clove, light spice, hedgerow, yeast esters, trace of bubblegum. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light hop dusting. Solid Belgian affair.

Keg at the brewery taproom. Pours totally clear yellow-gold with a bubbly, white head. Expressive yeast in the nose. Lightly sweet, notes of dry Belgian yeast, grapefruit pith, grass, hay, wheat flakes. Light bodied with massaging carbonation. Super clean finish, more yeast, slight bubblegum, pithy grapefruit, lemon peel. Tasty and mighty drinkable.
