Keg draught at the Two-Tailed Lion, Leicester. Mid-gold with a little bit of haze and a small white head. Grapefruit, orange, malty notes in the aroma. Sweet taste, lovely balance. Very malt forward in the mouth followed by loads of grapefruit hop. Simple yet complex, if you get me. Body on the thin side, medium carbonation. Lovely.

Keg at the Black Heart, Camden, 30/05/2025.
Almost clear orange to amber topped with an off white cap that thins to a swirl.
Nose is orange zest, grass, ripe melon, papaya.
Taste comprises melon, mandarin, tangerine, citric tinged straw.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close splashed with mellow juice laden hop bitterness.
Decent enough APA.

(Draught at King's Arms, Bethnal Green, London, 11 May 2024) Golden colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with citrus, grapefruit, resin and biscuits. Fruity, hoppy taste with notes of citrus, grapefruit, pineapple, resin, biscuits and a balanced citric/resiny bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. A bit generic, but clean, crisp and fresh. Nice one.

On tap at the Duke of St Albans, Highgate on 9th April 2024. Slightly hazy gold with shallow off-white foam and full lacing. Citrus zest in aroma. Tangerine and grapefruit juice in-mouth and a crisp citrus finish. Light bodied with a zingy mouthfeel.

Keg at Red Hand, Dalston. Aroma is sweet and citrusy. Malts. Clear light gold. Thick foamy white head. Combines medium resin bitterness with a citrusy streak that alongside a malty core takes the edge off. Develops spice. Light. Thin. Soft carbonation provides a pillow. Long dry slightly astringent finish. Enjoyable, - a tad different.
