Okay. 7/9/11/8/9/8

Bottle picked up from the Fleischman Getränkemarkt in Freising and consumed at home Attenkirchen Friday 17th May 2019. Pale silvery gold with a white head, excellent clarity. A very nice Helles (in my humble opinion) there is a general sweetness throughout but a little dry back end. A little cereal, very light bitterness. It's very good.

Flascherl: Pale greenish-golden, a bit unclear, small creamy and stable white head, mild sweetish-bitter nose with traces of dusty grains and grassy hops with a certain fruitiness; mild to moderate bitter-sweet flavour, more light than medium bodied and a bit tart; slightly lingering bitter-sweet grainy-malty finish. Not exciting, but quite well drinkable...

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a blond and thick foamy head. Grainy and delicately buttery malty aroma with flowery and slightly spicy hops. Moderately sweet and cautious bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a crisp carbonation. Slightly doughy malty taste with grainy notes and a flowery hoppy background; moderately sweet malty and restrained bitter hoppy finish with some grainy spots. Unspectacular Helles. 16.IX.18
