A modern fruited sour made with a mix of blueberries, blackberries and blackcurrant, creating a deep and rich dark berry profile. It's made with 17% fruit and soured to a pH of 3.3, which fits perfectly with the natural pH of the fruits. We like to add a little sweetness in sours, so we added some great tasting marshmallow flavour for that real pastry feel.

Can. Color: Very hazy purplish red, thin pink-purple head. Aroma: Forest fruit. Taste: Tart forest fruit, malty backbone and a little bit of Marshmellow. Very little hopbitterness. Over medium body, just below average carbonation. Very fruit forward. Nice smoothie, but where is my beer? Maybe I'm just to old-fashioned for this kind of stuff...
