Bref. C'est Sir John.

From beerolution april 2024, canned in 2023, time to open it for the 24th december, not disappointed, a solid and tasty neipa, really citrus and bitter, syrupy, oat and malt with some herbal and tropical note, a good juice of hop and cereal, during this cold day, no snow but a real sensation of winter

Panda thanks to Cloin. Hazy gold orange beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, mildly dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Light creamy malt sweetness. Smooth pine. A light candy sweetness. A pretty light but bright citrus. Modest and mildly ripe tropical fruits. A light hop spicy finish. Good stuff, nothing makes this stand out flavour wise but, there is just a good rightness about it.

Can at home, from Craft Beers Central.ie Murky orange with a decent enough white cap that thins to a swirl. Nose is ripe tropical fruits, mango flesh, papaya, guava, raw pineapple, faint stoned fruits. Taste comprises bitter tropicana, mango pulp, tangerine, grass, papaya, pine resin, grapefruit. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with juicy come lightly resinous hop bitterness. Tidy DIPA.

Can. Color: Very hazy orange, white head. Aroma: Hoppy, citrus fruit. Taste: Citrus (orange and lemon), tropical fruit (mango, passion fruit). Fruit-forward, hoppy, lightly resinous. Smooth wheat malt backbone. Moderate bitter and sweet, slightly sour. Just over medium body, average carbonation. Nice.

A hazed milky yellow DIPA with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, loads of tropical fruits, light mineral notes, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, light black pepper, light tropical fruits, very nice. On tap at Festival des Bières de Laval 2023.
