27/4/2024. Bottle shared at fonefan Ulfborg tasting. From Gabor, cheers! Pours hazy dark golden orange with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma is woody, bourbon, yeast, citrus, malt, flowers. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness and body. Oily, average carbonation. Bitter boozy finish. Enjoyable.

ABV: 10.2%. Clear medium amber orange colour with a small, fizzy and open, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wwod, oak, fruity yeast fruity, rum. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, fruity yeast, fruity, wood, oak, rum, bourbon. Body is medium to full, texture is oily - creamy, carbonation is soft to flat, finish feel is warming and light alcoholic. [20240427]

Frothy white fair mostly diminishing head. Amber colour. moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Creamy palate.

Bottle @ Fonefan tasting. Almost clear golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, fruity, glue, rum and wood. Flavor is very sweet. Sweet finish with lots of alcohol. 270424

Veinine, puuviljane, tsitrus, õun, belgia pärm, alkohol, nats kummi ja tamm. Ok.

33 cl. bottle @ home, bought @ Kulenborgse Bierhandel. Hazy dark golden with a white head. Yeasty spicy aroma with oak and vanilla. Sweet taste with a sweet vinous and bourbon finish. Complex and satisfying

Bottle. Color: Slightly hazy orange amber, thin beige head. Aroma: Sweetish, fruity, dessert wine. Taste: Over medium sweet, dessert wine, grape, malty, light bitterness. Oak wood and vanilla notes. Over medium body, below average carbonation. Nice slow sipper, but I don't understand why they used the combination of ageing on dessert wine, Rum and Bourbon barrels. All three are basicly sweetish. Maybe it added some more complexity, but I can't clearly recognize all of them. I think it maybe would have been more interesting using more contrasting barrels?
