440ml can. Pours clear golden with a big creamy white head. Aroma is piney, resinous, grapefruit. Taste is piney, resinous, citrus, grapefruit, caramel, pretty sweet with a bitter and warming finish. Medium-full body, soft carbonation. A bit too sweet, otherwise decent.

Can. Another TIPA from Northern Monk, keep 'em coming boys! Almost clear gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Fairly light palate, semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Semi sweet malts, touch of dry cream. A little vodkaish alcohol. Piney hop and mild spice. Soft malt cream revisits before a light touch of hoppy spicy citrus. Dry spicy finish. Clobbers you with the alcohol but it's fairly drinkable.

Can at home from Utobeer, 16th February 19. Pours clear, light amber. Aroma is citrus, straw. Taste is pithy, citrus, some pine, sweetish, a bitter kick, belies its ABV, I would have liked more bitterness. Even so a good one.

Burk Dipa provning PQ. Ljus klar dryck i klasssk weast coast stil.

Can. Beer Central, Sheffield. Medium gold. Mostly clear. Thick and dense, lasting, leggy, fully lacing, bright white head. Looks boss. Nose has sticky pineapple sweets. Sliced peach. Weed. Lemon sponge cake. Notes of sappy pine. Taste is sweet and lightly bitter. Medium to full body, but doesn’t feel the ABV. Hint of boost. Fine carbonation. Finish pans out lingering, piny, light bitter. Didn’t expect to get on with this too much, but there you go.

On keg at the Hanging Bat. Appearance - hazy yellow. Decent frothy head. Nose - floral and creamy but a little light in fruit notes. Lemon and custard. Taste - mango and lemon custard. Palate - medium bodied, long, tangy and lean. Overall - some resemblance to an abbey tripel but also ipa.
