Spannend!

20/329 2025 Smell-weak to medium malt, some acidic tones, wood. Foam- weak sourness, sweetness, malt, acidic tones, roast. Head is small, dark brown color. Sticks. Appearance- cool brewer bottle cap, and very cool label with a skull. Very dark brown, probably black color, no carbonation. From - pint Price- 6,49 euros for 0,375 !! Taste- sweet-sour, malt, alcohol, wood, booze, faint caramel. Generally, sweetness + weak sourness and booze mixed up. Was expecting more, but drinkable.

375ml bottle. Jet black colour with small, thick, creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, brown head. Sweet-ish, chocolately, dark malty and yeasty fruity aroma, notes of dark chocolate, chocolate sauce, plum, dark berries, hints of blue grapes, raisin. Taste is sweet, chocolately, dark malty, slightly vinous, yeasty fruity, notes of dark chocolate, chocolate sauce, plum, a touch of plum wine, blue grapes, raisin, subtle fruity tartness, morello, roasty undertones, a pleasant alcoholic touch. Viscous texture, smooth and soft, slightly cloying palate, fine and soft carbonation. Quite sweet, but still in balance due to a nice, tart-ish fruity counterpart, dangerously drinkable - very, very nice!

Zacht, romig, rum, chocolade, maar het zuur erin vind ik vrij onaangenaam, ook behoorlijk alcoholisch, geen gelukkige blend… niet alles hoeft brett/zuur hé mannen …

Bottle. Color: Black, thin light brown head. Aroma: Roasted malt, mocha, Rum hints. Taste: Moderate to over moderate sweet and lightly sour like sourness in red wine can be, light to moderate bitterness, roasted malt, some dark dried fruit, red fruit, coffee, Rum and vanilla notes, hints of figs, raisins, salty liquorice and wood. Smooth and dense, bit creamy and oily mouthfeel. Over medium to full body, below average carbonation. Lightly sticky. Very nice, typical La Calavera beer.
