Nose is bready malts, light floral strains, grass, herb, biscuit. Taste comprises pale malts, breads, lemon nip, herb, grass, hedgerow. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Solid refreshing logger-bier.

8 oz. draft. Honey, lager yeast and a soft mineral quality. Crisp clean, crisp texture and a wonderful dryness that makes me want to take and sip. Very well crafted.

Can shared at craft beer junction bermondsey tasting. Many thanks. A mostly clear dull gold coloured pour with a loose white head. Aroma is semi sweet, cereal grains, apple grass, waxy. Flavour is composed of semi crisp, bready grains, grass, delicate notes, palate is semi crisp, fine carbonation. Good stuff.

Can shared at CBJ - cheers to team USA. Pours clear yellow-gold with a creamy, white head. Lightly sweet with notes of dirty hay, crispy straw, mild grassy bitterness. Light bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Clean finish, nicely bitter, more grass, biscuits, straw. Solid.

Bottle share at CBJ. Can. Thanks to team USA! Just a light haze on this pale yellow gold beer, good bubbly white head. Airy palate, mildy dry, decent fine carbonation. Fluffy pale malts. Some pronounced lager tang. Trace of sweet bread. The Hersbrucker hops bring floralness and a tiny bit of bitter and ephemeral citrus. Fluffy finish. Nice.

16 ounce can from Jenkintown brewery. Clear, bright gold color. Large, statuesque white head is enduring. Clean, bready malt aroma has herbal notes. Flavor is crackers malt, spicy hops and a hint of minerality on the back end. Crisp and refreshing.

Draught at Jenkintown: pours clear gold with white head. Light hoppiness and apple notes. Taste is light, with subdued bitterness and subtle fruitiness. Excellent session.
