Can from the packie enjoyed at home.
Inky black with a frothy tan head that persists. Rich chocolate roast and peanuts offset with some earthy spicy hops. Sweet and sticky sipper

16 oz can from a four pack. Aroma is vanilla, chocolate, peanut butter. Pours very dark brown to black with a half finger beige head that falls into a ring quickly. Taste is moderately sweet and roasty with some background bitterness. Mouthfeel has prickly carbonation and a somewhat thin body rather than the velvety finely carbonated texture that is typical of the best imperial stouts. Not bad, but a little underwhelming.

16 oz. can from Total Wine. Pours a pitch black color with a large dark tan head and good retention. Very little lacing. Powdered peanut butter aroma. The flavor is a balanced mix of peanut butter and dark chocolate notes with a very slight boozy finish. Neither flavor overwhelms the other. Not as sweet as I expected. And I'm not tasting any vanilla notes. Medium body. A little thin for the style. Low carbonation. Low bitterness. And the 7.6% ABV is generally well hidden. An enjoyable beer.

More of a brown porter pour, sudsy tan head. I've had peanut-infused beers before, and not been able to figure their smell, but there's a thread I'm recognizing: not peanutty, maybe a bit of oil? But I am liking the taste.Chocolate and a note of vanilla, but not very sweet.Peanut taste comes through, perhaps, like a peanut protein powder? Bit of a bitter edge. But yeah, I'm liking it.

Not the old fashion brew Ommegang know for , but alas they shifted. Rich brown some reddish hue and beige topper. Nose is peanut butter and dried fruits. Tatses of peanut butter (little artificial and greasy) tastes of peanut butter cup, cola, dried apricot and fig, licorice. Finish is similar and creamy bodied n

Taster at Epcot. Pours black, with a small, foamy, beige head. The aroma is dark chocolate, maple, peanut butter, and mild earth. Sweet and malty, with a mild, pleasant bitterness. Heavy, syrupy, and malty. Fun and tasty.

Can from Total Wine in Vacaville, CA. Pours dark brown with a slight, transient tan head. Aroma of chocolate and peanut butter. Arguably med body. Flavor is peanut butter, chocolate, and something like vanilla. A bit thin perhaps for a pastry. Thankfully the PB & C is not over done. Not bad.
