Dark brown color. Super sweet tons of cinnamon buns. Tons of bourbon and cinnamon bun

Capped 12 oz from Tavour. Pours very dark brown with virtually no head. Aroma of heat and arguably cinnamon. Full bodied. Flavor is heat, cinnamon, smooth darkish toffee. Not dry. Not exactly bitter, but heat and other things successfully oppose the malt. Quite a nice sipper.

Almost clear dark brown beer, small pale tan head does not persist for long. Smooth and fairly light palate for the style, decent fine carbonation on the back end. Rich malts, good toffee, slightly singed, and a little malt cream. Big cinnamon which could have been a disaster if it were overly spicy or dry, but it's just flavoursome here and goes well with a rich ripe dark fruitiness, very raisin and prune. Slightly tangy finish. Wow, perfect Christmas themed Barleywine, but possibly wasn't themed that way when brewed! Nice rich rewarding barleywine.

Panda at home, thanks to Kenny, 15/12/23. Light black veering to extremely dark mahogany brown Nose is ripe dark fruit rinds, spice, booze, subtle cinnamon, dark malts, figs, molasses. Taste comprises fruit cake mix, dates, booze, spice, dark malts, herb, toffee, trace of cinnamon. Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced kiss of alcohol. Solid sipper.
Cinnamon on the nose as advertized. Thin body, sweet, boozy. Cinnamon, bready malts, dark fruit, toffee. Smooth, very nice.
