Pours black with small tan head. Aroma strongly of fresh ginger. Flavour very gingerbread up front. Some notes of dark chocolate. Not bad.

Dark brown. Thin head. There's some chocolate and ginger, with a bit of soft, sweet malt. It actually comes across like one of those dark, molassesy gingerbread cookies. This actually works.

19.3 oz can, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma is full of spicy ginger, gingerbread cookie, a touch of cinnamon, and some toasted malt. Flavour is surprisingly nice, with plenty of gingerbread spice, cinnamon, ginger, dark sugars, and toasted malt. Quite sugary, gingery and generally spicy. Solid for what it is.

Poured from 568mL can. Near black with minimal beige head. Lots of gingerbread spices, gimmick, okay.

Can at Oliver Twist. (thanks Majsan) Black with a small tan head. Sweey with ginger, dark malt, molasses and some chocolate. Better than expected.

Can from Tavour. Pours dark brn/blk with a large, but very transient, dark tan head. Aroma of gingerbread. Approaching full bodied. Flavor is ginger, and gingerbread, with some very dark malt. Drier than expected. Ginger bitter. Spicy in the mouth. Good stuff for a ginger freak.

Black with a large foamy brown head. Somewhat toasty with very strong gingerbread and a boozy presence. Exceptionally long finish. Moderately full bodied

Tall boy from my niece and nephew. Thanks guys! Molasses, clove, ginger nose. Black, medium tan head, nice lacing. Clove, molasses, cardamom, charred oak. Full body, easy carbonation. Marvelous!

Can/Fest. A- Gingerbread, chocolate. A- Black color, black liquid, minimal head. T- Gingerbread cookie, chocolate. P- Full body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- Ginger always seems to overtake any beer but the Yeti is brute enough to tame it. Gingerbread cookie is about all you get but it's all you need. Another solid variant.
