Keg at FC United of Manchester bar - Clear gold, fizzy head. Strong tart citric nose and taste. Very sharp on the way out.

[ As Bootleg American IPA ].
ABV: 4.5%. Clear medium yellow orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, caramel, sweet malt, moderate hoppy, fruity hops. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, fruity hops, sweet malt, fruity malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. Golden beer with solid thin head. Zero carbonation. Floral, fruity, chalky nose. Spider web lacing. Thin body, easy-drinking. Zingy at first with bitter vegetal finish. Not very American, not much of an IPA.

Cask @ Bhurtpore Inn. Pours a generally clear gold, creamy white head. Aroma has light fruity hints. Taste is smooth, lightly hoppy with an exotic leaning. Satisfying pale ale.
