Our Alpaca DDH IPA is every bit as premium and luxurious as the animal fibre. Expect strong tropical hop aromas on the nose. Initial flavours of guava and melon are followed by the appearance of honey from the malt. Crisp and punchy, the tropical fruits are well balanced with a dry, bitter finish.

[33cl can at Beer52's Cyberfest 2.] A cloudy amber pour with a ring of white head; aroma of apricot and yeast; gentle fruity taste with a touch of salt; but then a disappointing finish, rather thin with a vegetal bitterness and some dry biscuit.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up at Clapton Craft. Pours hazy orange-gold with a frothy, white head. Not bad overall, has some bready pale malts, a little vanilla, ripening citrus, orange especially, soft pine and rind. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Finishes with more ripening citrus, pale bread, a little vanilla and white grape. Enjoyable.
