Pint can pours with a dark murky mahogany colored body that supports a thin tan ring of bubbles. The aroma offers up chocolate and a bit of vanilla sliding into a modest degree of sweet malt infused dark maltiness flowing into molasses booze soaked malt balls. The taste delivers thin ribbons of vanilla bean wrapped around a thick layer of chocolate. To midway reduced sugars of molasses and a faint caramel note join in the experience. This is smooth also a little overly sweet but that doesn't distract from the flavor much. Nice sipper.

Can from Tavour. Pours dark opaque black with a slight medium tan head and good lacing. Aroma is heavy with dark bakers chocolate, vanilla, earth. Flavor is very sweet, heavy heavy chocolate, with plenty of vanilla thrown in. Fully body, creamy mouthfeel. Where the fuck did I put my insulin???

Can from Tavour. Pours dark brn/blk with a slight cafe au lait head. Aroma of dark chocolate, lactose and vanilla - with some burnt malt that's almost obscured. Full bodied. Quite slick moutfeel. Flavor is chocolate, burnt malt, lactose and vanilla. Not at all dry. A little bitterness from burnt malt. Tasty brew.

16 oz can my daughter got me from Tavour. Nose is vanilla, cream, marshmallow, and chocolate with a hint of roast. Black with a big, lightly lacing, cinnamon tan head. Flavor is a sweet vanilla and chocolate candy bar with a hint of marshmallow.
