Our award winning hoppy Continental pale is crisp, dry and elegantly balanced. Lightly floral with a refreshingly hop bitter finish. Enjoy a silky mouth feel and fruit esters from co-pitched yeast strains. A rustic barrel aged version off foeder will evolve this into our farmhouse pale, because you ain’t living unless you’ve bet the farm.

Can from Crafty Beer. Appearance - pale but hazy yellow. Big snow white head. Nose - lemon, flowers and a little pith. Taste - lemon, cornflower, pith again. Palate - elegant, but at the same time a little thin. Dry finish. Overall - quite nice. Aroma better than taste.

Keg at Small Bar, Bristol. It pours clear golden with a small white head. The aroma is soft, quite sweet, estery, pear, melon, cracker, midget gems, perfumed and icing sugar. The taste is soft, a bit crisp, crackery malt, straw, tannin, cereal, a bit grainy, grassy, floral and spice with a drying finish. Lightish body and soft carbonation. A bit lacking in body and oomph. So-so.
