It's no secret at Mash Gang we grew up pounding lite beers. For the NA brewer, these present a challenge.
That's good, we like a challenge. We've used Germanic lager yeast, Willamette hops and the most important ingredient: TIME - to create the ultimate NA lager.
We worry about that, so you can get on with shotgunning tinnies.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up from Clapton Craft. Pours clear yellow with a small, fizzy and fading white head. Light sweet flavour with notes of pale cereal flakes, some oily straw, a little grainy bitterness. Light bodied with spritzy carbonation. Finishes with more simple pale cereal grains. So so.

Can at home, 2nd April 2024. Pours a clear golden, large white head, looks the part. Aroma is has that scent that gives it away immediately at as AF, kind of sweet, doughy. Taste is sweet, the dough, aromatic, there is straw, hay, a little bitterness. Mouthfeel is very good, not watery, good body. It grew on me, reasonable AF

Can sourced from Rallys and drunk at home (02/03/2024) - clear golden pour with a white head. Toasted bready malty aroma and taste, cereal, grain, straw, crisp with a thin body and mouthfeel, bitter hoppy finish. Great AF lager

440ml can. Clear golden, frothy white head. Aroma of pale, bready malts. Taste is malty, bready, semi sweet, light peppery spice hop, crisp and clean. Light but not thin/watery body, moderate carbonation. For the style I think this is amazing. Far better than any of the big macro lite lagers out there I've tasted, and those had alcohol in! Very impressive.
