American Pale Ale with Citra and Mosaic. Part of the Cheeseburger Triple!
Crushable with a piney bitterness cutting through, our homage to the old school of US pales includes a hint of crystal malt and boasts a heady mix of tropical and stone fruit aromas. Vegan.

Panda thanks to Cloin. Near clear gold beer, small and short lived off white head. Light palate, mildly dry, a good fine minerally crispness. Light malts impart the right amount of sweetness for this brew, i.e., nit too much. Citra and Mosaic? Yawn! Except - vibrant and bright citrus, orange, tangerine and mandarin, touch of peel. Nice light level of candy fruits. Light finish. Very quaffable. Well these 2 old hops can still deliver when used right.

On tap at The Star & Garter, Bromley. Piney bitter citrus aromas. Rather nice taste, nice citrusy mix, splosh of peach, white grape. Most flavoursome indeed.

440ml can. Pours a clear amber gold, off-white head. Aroma of pine, citrus and berry fruits, grainy malts. Taste is the same, grainy biscuity malt base with piney hops, citrus, berry fruits. Decent old school leaning APA.
