Sobremesa is an Imperial Pastry Stout, perfect for savoring slowly while enjoying good conversation. Its rich body is built on a foundation of specialty malts: chocolate malts, golden naked oats, Special W, Carafa Special, and crystal malts, creating a tasty base with of biscuit, caramel, and honey flavors . We’ve conditioned it with coffee, vanilla, hazelnuts, and caramel, bringing a delicious harmony of sweetness and toasted notes.

440ml can bought from the Fuss Club and drunk at home. Very dark brown with a slowly dissipating brown head. Aroma of chocolate fudge, honeyed biscuits, rich caramel, sweet cooking spices. Taste is sweet with chocolate, manuka honey, espresso. Sweet with a rich bitterness hitting mid-sip but always staying in the background d. Finishes on a soft bed of alcohol warmth. Gooey thick body, carbonation on the soft side. Masterful from Two wonderful breweries.

Tap at Væskebalancen Blågårdsgade 07/12/2024 Dark sweet roasted malty with notes of rich chocolate, some honey, nutty accents running throughout, sticky sweet caramel and malty notes, full bodied, some nutty accents into the dark lingering malty finish. Very nice.

Draught, half pint. @O Bandullo, Compostela. 09/11/2024 [#7.987 Global - #1.480 Spain - #87 Basqueland Brewing] Pours almost black with a lasting tan head. Aroma: plenty of hazelnuts, fudge and cocoa beans. Taste: fudge chocolate, burnt caramel and vanilla. Sticky palate. Next one, please!

440ml can. Pours black with a tan head. Aroma of coffee, hazelnut, chocolate. Taste is dominated by the coffee with a lot of hazelnut too, chocolate, sweet creamy vanilla and caramel, wafer biscuits, all leading to a strong bitter finish with a bit of booze warmth. Medium bodied.
