Slasher is a hauntingly bold and refreshing IPA that will send chills down your spine. Featuring a sinister blend of Superdelic, Citra and El Dorado hops, the beer slashes through your palate with juicy, tropical aromas and a sharp, citrus bite.
This beast of a beer is perfect for thrill-seekers who crave an IPA that is action-packed as classic slasher films... and will have you screaming for more

Can. Hazy orange gold beer, tidy bubbly pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, light and mildly dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Smooth pale malts, a soft airy and pleasant creamy sweetness, nicely pitched. Superdelic, the hop with the naff name but wonderful flavour, kicks off with light bright lemony citrus that offsets the candy fruits elements of this hop rather well. A slight tartness on the back end. Mild berries. El Dorado and Citra largely lost here. Airy light and semi dry finish brings a decent hop spice nibble and leaves a complex and almost sherbetty fruit array on the back end. Lovely beer, lovely hop. Look, what about you rename it Superdelic to Chameleon? Better fit, better name. You can have that on me, I categorically claim no rights to that idea/name and never expect to make a penny out of that suggestion!

Keg at Tap Apothecary, Banbury in the company of Scott and Dadger, Saturday 30th November 2024. Pours golden but very with a slim white head. There is a citrus aroma, it's hoppy, this is also apparent in the mouth with a touch of tropical fruit intertwined with sweet orange and pink grapefruit, very nice.

440ml can from The House of Trembling Madness. A hazy golden/yellow coloured pour with a thinnish white head on top. Hoppy, citrus, orange, grapefruit, melon, tropical fruit taste and aroma. Really tasty IPA from Wylam. I drank this in a matter of minutes.

Can from The Beerhive. Hazy golden body with a white head. Low carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of peach, orange and lemon sponge. Flavour of grapefruit, Thai basil and watermelon. Medium body with a smooth texture. Soft fizz. For me, Wylam’s IPAs are the UK’s best - each one has a delicious watermelon vibe. I love Wylam’s hoppy beers.

440ml can. Murky pale yellow, small white head. Aroma of orange and grapefruit, mango, dank herbal. Taste is the same, citrus dominant with orange and grapefruit, slightly underripe tropical mango, a big old herbal dankness as usual from Wylam, sharp citrusy finish. Medium bodied. Outstanding.
