We made this beer with our friends Ritual Lab, straight outta Roma! Layers of NZ hops wrap your tongue in a tight green tapestry. Buon viaggio!

Another beer heavy on the New Zealand varieties, this time Motueka and Nelson both in pellet and Hop Kief form as well as a healthy dose of Riwaka, full of sweet citrus fruit with ephemeral savoury undertones….we managed to bag lots of those sweet citrus notes.

This beer stinks of juicy limes and gooseberry, with a thread of tropical fruit from front to back.

Can at the inlaws, picked up from Bottle Neck Broadstairs, 19/03/2025.
Noticed this was half price ... checked BBD ... just over a month out of date so he gave me it for free ... still only 7 months and 5 days since canning ... don't think it's gone too downhill despite it obvs not being fresh.
Murky fruit smoothie orange topped with a white cap that thins in time.
Nose is juicy tropical fruit esters, mandarin, papaya, mango flesh, light pine resin.
Taste comprises orange zest, melon, papaya, mandarin, grapefruit, pine needle.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close splashed with juicy come lightly danko hop bitterness.
Decent.

Can picked up at M&F and drunk at home (11/10/2024) - Intense antipodean leaning hoppy aroma and taste bringing gooseberry and white grape, melon and citrusy lime and lemon notes, grass, pine needles, solid hoppy finish. Lovely drop.

500ml can from the brewery. Hazy golden, white head. Aroma of melon, grape, citrus, underripe tropical fruits. Taste is very melony, citrusy, grape, some gooseberry and vinous notes, zesty lime, light bitterness. Medium bodied, very soft. Great IPA. But my God I wish they'd stop putting absolutely useless descriptions on the can label. Had to go through their social media to find out wtf this beer even was.
