We got heavy handed with oats and our favourite pillowy yeast to create a strong base to support the volume of Citra that we threw at this beer, with Simcoe adding the top notes.

Can. Hazy yellowish gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Light palate, mildly dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Slightly thin pale malts, but strong creamy sweetness, perhaps a touch to much (said Bon Scott). Light crisp sweet pine. Light floral citrus, emphasis on the floral. The lesser citrus aspect is light and fairly bright. Juicy mandarin and tangerine. Crisp light finish brings the lightest touch of hop spice. Tidy. The malt base is a tiny bit sweet. The hops are decent if lacking the edge you would want from the best . Overall, a good show!
