Music pairing – Dan Reed Network - Slam
Visual pairing – Lethal Weapon 2 (1989)

Listening to Dan Reed Network while working in the brewery we were nerding out on the synthesisers they used for their 1989 release ‘Slam’ – the iconic Roland D50 and D70. It felt right to continue our ‘Beach Synth Series’ to continue that line of DIPAs, so that got us thinking about which Southern California beach to use and “did Riggs live on a beach in Lethal Weapon 2?”

440ml can. Murky yellow, white head. Aroma of pineapple, mango, peaches, and a little dank. Taste is super juicy ripe tropical fruits, pineapple, mango, peach, melon, some dank weedy notes, low bitterness. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation leaning toward the higher side. Outstanding effort, perhaps their best yet even.
