All out New Zealand affair with our friends Phantom from down the road. Super Sauvin (Nelson Sauvin combined with Phantasm powder) was added during active fermentation to boost thiol production which we paired alongside Nelson Sauvin and Motueka T90.

We're tasting juicy apricot, green fruit pastilles and the unmistakable Sauvignon character from Nelson.

Can. Hazy orange gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Light palate, a very mild dryness, good fine minerally carbonation. Thin malts, a thin creamy sweetness. Light crisp cooling pine. Nice juicy hop fruits. A light but bright limey Motueka. Good juicy grape with a touch of white wine. Good 2024 NS, very good. Smooth and semi dry finish which also imparts a little hop spice. Nice IPA.

440ml can. Hazy golden, white head. Aroma of white wine, grape, melon. Taste is very vinous, white wine, grape, melon, a little stone fruit, slightly dank and floral, light grapefruit bitterness. Medium bodied. Lovely stuff.

Can shared by my bro. It pours cloudy yellow - blonde with a big frothy white head. The aroma is green, weedy, super dank, bong rips, gooseberry, white grape, perfumed, melon, floury bread and biscuit. The taste is crisp, dry, pretty green, weedy, dank, pine, herbal, spice, floury bread, white grape, gooseberry, melon, hint of soor plooms and a touch of alcohol with a soft, dryish finish. Medium body and moderate, fluffy carbonation. Works very well. Nice green fruit character .
