Anchovy? Yes, this hazy IPA is all about new, exciting and best named hop: Anchovy. And who better to collaborate on the beer than the brewery that named and sponsored the very first acreage: Fast Fashion. A few weeks ago we were delighted to welcome Matt all the way from Seattle and our old friends Willibald from Toronto for an epic 3 way collab. You hear that is soft as a cloud and full to the brim with Anchovy which is backed up by Citra Spectrum and Citra T90 for notes of strawberry laces, watermelon jolly ranchers a touch of pine and creamy mango. No fish here.

Tap at Bar Kuja. Hazy yellow color and small white head and lace. Herbal grassy fruity aroma. Medium-bodied. Tropical fruity, watermelon, pineapple in the flavour. A bit rough for my liking.

Taste comprises bitter orange, grapefruit, grass, pine needle, mandarin, hop spice, melon. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with grassy come lightly danko hop bitterness. Tidy IPA.

Can. Hazy gold beer, tidy pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, decent fine carbonation. Airy malts, a good creamy sweetness. Citra and Anchovy are rather happy shacked up together! Typical modern Citra orange - tangerine - mandarin, slightly ripe. Anchovy adding that berry backdrop, raspberry if you are looking for it but, if you told me it was blackberry, I probably would have tasted that. A light but clear candy fruits and what tastes to me more like vanilla than watermelon. A mild savoury note really sets this one off. Nicely done, mixing the old and the new. Goes down very easy.

Can from The Fuss Club. Cloudy orange pour with a white head. Nose is zesty orange, peach, mango, quite earthy. Stone fruit flavours, lots of white grape, splash of pineapple. Sweet fruity aftertaste.
