Panda at home, thanks to the Wingman, 05/07/24. Moderately hazed golden orange with an off white cap that thins to a swirl. Nose is grass, melon, grapefruit, pine needle, mango, orange zest. Taste comprises orange pith, ripe melon, pine needle, grapefruit, dank edge. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with lightly aggressive juicy come dankened hop bitterness. Tidy enough DIPA.

Can. A medium haze on this orange gold beer, pale cream colour head. Airy palate, semi dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Light pale malts, a light and pleasing creamy sweetness. Hops bring light cooling pine, mild hop spice and a very light savoury undertone. Lovely hop fruits here, they don't seem that related to the actual hops but, that's the mystery of brewing innit? Soft honeydew melon, light guava, very soft citrus. Airy light finish leaves a light hop spicy piney fruity linger. Super duper! I really hope the powers that be import more of these District 96 DIPAs, I've really enjoyed them all.

473ml can. Murky golden, white head. Aroma of extremely overripe fruits, citrus. Taste is the same, very overripe citrus, orange, grapefruit, tropical, bittersweet. Medium bodied. Once again never heard of any of the fruits in their tasting notes... It's not bad at all but I'm not sure overripe citrus is such a desired flavour profile?
