Draft at Taps Beer Bar, Changkat, Kuala Lumpur. Poured a hazy golden orange colour with a lasting frothy white head and some clingy lace. The aroma is grainy malt, tropical citrus, mango, pineapple. The flavour is moderate sweet, light bitter, with a smooth, rich, fresh, light grassy dank, juicy pineapple, grapefruit, lime, stone fruit, light creamy coconut, light boozy hop bitter palate. Over medium bodied with average to soft carbonation. Much better than I was expecting. The flavours really compliment each other well and I love the full bodied creaminess.

Panda at home, thanks to Kenneth, 08/08/24. Hazed orange topped with a lasting just off white head. Nose is ripe tropicana, mango, melon, papaya, soft malts, grapefruit. Taste comprises soft malts, papaya, light lime zest, mango, ripe melon, orange peel. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close splashed with balanced juicy come lightly resinous hop bitterness. Solid well balanced DIPA.

Can. Hazy orange gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Airy palate, mildly dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Smooth pale malts, a good creamy sweetness. Smooth cooling pine into a juicy complex hop fruits. Fairly bright citrus but magnificently backed up by good peachy stone fruits and mangoish tropical fruits. Modest savoury skunk on the back end along with very mild hop spice. Rich and rewarding.

440ml can. Murky yellow, white head. Aroma of sweet mango, peach, melon. Taste is super fruity, tropical, sweet mango, melon, peaches, subtle coconut, light dank notes, nice slightly bitter hop bite at the end, slightly pithy, citrusy. Full bodied, soft, moderate carbonation. Excellent, best DIPA North have done in years probably.
