440ml can. Seen so many horrendous reviews of this on the other site I'd been putting off this one. Pours almost opaque orange juice like, no head. Aroma of banana, mango, pithy citrus. Taste is where this all falls down, the banana and mango is nice but immediately overpowered by a pithy and alcohol astringency, though it's only 6% it has a vodka-like burn to it, bizarre. The body is indeed creamy smooth. It's not a complete disaster but the taste lets it down in such a big way.

Keg at the Track Taproom 2.0, Manchester, 26/01/24. Murky fruit smoothie orange with a white cap that thins to a swirl. Nose is orange zest, grass, raw pineapple, herbaceous, hedgerow. Taste comprises soured tropical fruits, guava, mandarin, grass, lactic tang, on the turn mango, raw pineapple. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced puckering edge. Tidy sour.

Can. Hazy mango colour beer, good pale creamy mango colour head, fizzes away quickly. Smooth palate. I have checked the abv 4 times now, because I can't quite get my head around a 6% beer being this viscous, feels like a 10% beer at least, maybe in this brew, attributable to the amount of added fruit! Abundant mango and banana. Mandarin brings a little tartness and citric brightness. An almost gose like tartness on the crisp finish. Nice job. Banana burps for hours after!
