Putting forward the Hop Revolution Blend, one of our favourites from the last couple years combining Nelson Sauvin, Motueka, Pacific Sunrise and Riwaka. To enhance more depth in the flavours we added in some NZ Cascade, Citra Cryo and Citra Incognito for a full-bodied, intensely flavoured and well-balanced NZ IPA.

Keg at Suds & Soda, Derby, Monday 1st April 2024 in the company of Dad and Pauline. Pours a slightly warm yellow'ish' with a large white head. Sweet and tart with a malty backbone, good but I am preferring the Polly's - Into the Parallel.

Can. A light haze on this orange gold beer, good size pale cream colour head. Smooth creamy malts. Hops bring smooth pine, and decent semi ripe citrus and tropical fruits, a little tired tasting, but rich. Yeah, fine. Ish. Was expecting a heck of a lot more hop freshness. Pretty dull

Tight white head left a froth on a hazy golden coloured body. Bitter hop aroma. Light malt, cereal, grain, biscuit, stone fruit & exotic fruit tastes with a bitter citrus finish. Nice one.

Can from Appellation Wines. Appearance - hazy to murky yellow to orange. Foamy, white head. Nose - tangy orange, almost marmalade shred and slightly dank. Taste - creamy orange, mango and very ripe melon. Some orange zest lurking. Palate - medium bodied, creamy middle and zesty finish. Overall - lovely stuff, this is what NEIPA is supposed to be.
