Panda thanks to Cloin. Just about clear very dark brown beer, small bubbly dark tan head. Chocolatey nose but, it's a niff of cheap chocolate. Smooth and relatively light palate, a mild dryness and decent superfine carbonation on the back end. Chocolate follows the nose, rich chocolate but quite skewed by the obvious fruity marshmallow. Some mild bitterness from low level nuts. A little spice on the finish. If you like trashy chocolate candy things, this is a good pastry. I found it flavoursome and entertaining but would not even want to contemplate drinking a whole can.

Bottle at home, from Cat In A Glass online, 18/01/25.
Black pour topped with a khaki cap that soon thins to a swirl.
Nose is chocolate, marshmallow, Rocky Roads, dried red berries.
Taste comprises chocolate, raspberries, molasses, marshmallow, light roast, charr, molasses, brown sugar melt.
Full bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close.
Tidy enough sipper if not a top drawer offering.

330ml bottle. Pours black with a brown head. Aroma of very sweet marshmallow, chocolate, caramel. Taste is very sweet, lots of marshmallow, fudge, chocolate, bitter dark malts and some hazelnut, finish is surprisingly bitter after such a sweet start, far less boozy than the Ice version. Medium bodied. Again there's no obvious bourbon or barrel notes in this.
