Made with 100% pilsner malt, its crispness is balanced with the alcohol sweetness. Made with Saaz and Perle hops, the beer has spicy, herbal notes with a hint of citrus. Along with this, there is a pleasing banana note from the yeast.

Can from Wales Ales. Semi-hazy light amber with foamy white top, decent lacing. Notes of malts, some of that farmhouse hay and spice, stewed fruit, some sherbet. Full bodied, fine to frothy carbonation. Slightly boozy and warming in the finish but its a relative easy sipper for the strength. It has reasonable character. There seems to be a few Welsh breweries really having a go at German and Belgium styles which is great. [#3634 Rate / #28 Wales brewery / #3 Quad]

Quite sweet with moderate bitterness. Medium to full bodied, smooth, soft carbonation. Developed really well. Enjoyable.

Bottleshare at Craft Beer Junction. Thanks to me for the can. Hazy gold beer, small whitish head. Airy palate, fairly dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Airy malts, a thin creamy sweetness. Mild grain. Quad spice into fairy strident sweetish bubblegum and fruity esters. Light and semi dry finish leaves a spicy linger. Decent quad that feels a little tripelish.
