A beer brewed in collaboration with HAYB - our friendly coffee roastery from Warsaw. A strong, intense Imperial Stout inspired by the famous Italian dessert - tiramisu. Brewed with the addition of Brazilian coffee and cocoa nibs.

Review based on the BJCP2021 guidelines (style 30A: cocoa nibs, brazilian coffee / 31B: lactose / Base: 20C). Can 50 cl - Batch 20.09.2025 (BB: 20.09.2025). AROMA: medium-high cocoa and medium to medium-low coffee notes. APPEARANCE: very dark brown color and opaque. low brown head with low retention. TASTE: medium-low coffee flavor followed by medium to medium-high cocoa notes. medium-low bitterness with a semi-sweet to sweet finish with cocoa character. MOUTHFEEL: medium-high body. medium carbonation. alcoholic warmth. OVERALL: a imperial stout that indeed seems to be a dessert in a can. the underlying roasted malt is overwelmed by the cocoa and cofee.

Keg @ Pikkulintu Ruttopuisto, Helsinki. Poured black in color with a thin off white head. Full bodied cookie monster, dense and dripping with sweet chocolate cream, vanilla and light roasted malts.

On tap at Goblet Zagreb. Black coloured, small brownish head, coffee and light lactose in the nose. Roasted malt, chocolate, coffee and touch of lactose with mild roasty notes in the finish. Alcohol hidden

Can via Lidl in Warsaw. Full body, medium carbonation. Med-high sweetness, med-high bitterness. Lots of chocolate, coffee. Pretty nice, easy sipping. Quite good.

Shared bottle in Warsaw. Dark malt with beige head. Aroma of coffee, chocolate, roasted malt. Taste is dark malt, coffee, chocolate. Nice.
