Cask at CBC, Covent Garden on 11th March 2018. Gold with thin off-white foam and scant lacing. Mildly hoppy aroma. Fruity hoppiness in-mouth with distinct smokiness - woodsmoke. Biscuit malts in the background, coming together with sharp upper-mouth bitterness in the finish. Smooth mouthfeel and light body.

GBBF Day 2. Cask. Light haze on this gold beer, tidy pale cream colour head. Palate is light, semi dry and has modest fine carbonation. Sweetish dry pale malts. Floral mid. Mild fruity hops. Light dry finish. Not getting enough from one of the worlds great hops.
