Can (from Zinc Craftbar, Vasa). Hazy golden colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, nectary and some slight vanilla and some citrus tones. Flavour is floral, fruity, nectary and some mild vanilla tones with a bit earthy elements to it. Mild bitterness in the finish.

Tap@Skaal, Copenhagen (23/02/2024) - Tropical citrus fruity action delivered, getting some mango and pineapple, tangerine, peachy notes, thick creamy sweet malty support with a robust hoppy finish. Very nice.

Review based on the BJCP2021 guidelines (style 21C adapted: double). Can 44 cl - Batch L1058 0412 (BB 09.24). AROMA: medium-high hop aroma with notes of ripe cantaloupe melon, peach. medium malty neutral background with a sweet character. medium-low alcohol aroma. APPEARANCE: light orange and hazy. medium-low white moussy head, creamy, with ok retention. lace formation. TASTE: initial medium hop flavor with the same notes (melon, peach), followed by medium sweet and neutral malt character. high bitterness with a dry and overly bitter finish for a NEIPA. MOUTHFEEL: medium-high body with medium carbonation. slight harshness from high bitterness. slight alcoholic warmth OVERALL: an ok double NEIPA although a bit too much bitter.
