Bottle. Brew Cavern online. Hazed gold. Decent white foam. Nose has just about everything you might expect and want from an oak aged bretted peach beer. No point me banging on about this that and the other. Taste is sublimely tart and bittersweet. Unreal easy drinking at the 8.9%. Just a beautiful beer.

Bottle from Beer Gonzo. It pours hazy pale orange with a decent white head. The aroma is fresh, bright, airy, zingy, sherbet, sour peach, apricot, mango, refreshers and fizzy candy. The taste is crisp, dry, zingy, puckering, fresh, bright, juicy, tangy, loads of zingy peach, mango, apricot, fizzy sour candy, refreshers, minerality, juicy, white wine, vinous, touch of oak and hint of tannin with a drying finish. Medium body and fine to moderate, prickly carbonation. Bright, refreshing and quenching. Love it.

Capped 750 from Tavour. Pours translucent gold with a foamy white head. Aroma of peaches, earth and wood - oaky astringency and/or some sour. Med body at least. Flavor of peaches and wood, moderately sour, a little earthy. Dry. Sour/bitter kind of finish. With a few quaffs the Brett comes out nicely, tho the sour interferes with the Brett flavor level. This is pretty good ale.
