Bottle 750ml. @ Scooper Tasting. [ As VonSeitz Theoreticales Ambrosial Chaleur ].Clear medium yellow orange colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, tart, wood, caramel, dried fruit, grape, apple. Flavor is moderate sweet and light moderate acidic with a long duration, tart, dried fruit, resin - glue, grapes, dry, oak, aceton, light peppery. Bottle at BD Bottleshare. It pours muddy amber to brown with a small yellowy head. The aroma is oak, perfumed, vanilla, pickled onion monster munch, spice, herbal, peppery and leather. The taste is dry, tart, tangy, vinous, acidity, balsamic vinegar, sherbet, pickled onion monster munch, earth, herbal, spice, meaty, umami vibe and oak with some tannin in the finish. Medium body and fine, foamy carbonation. Plenty to it. Fun.

Bottle, 5.5%. Slightly hazy amber with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, caramel, spices, sour fruit, pepper and herbs. Flavour is malt, lemon, spices, herbs, dark fruit, sour, citric and a little pepper.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are brett, lactose acid, fruits, pepper, malt and hops. Nice and sour finish.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, wood, herbal and tart. Flavor is quite sweet and rather acidic. Dry and rather acidic finish with a hint of chili. 150918
