Tap at the wild swan Fetter Lane. A crystal clear pale yellow straw coloured pour with a lasting white foam. Aroma is crisp, clean, light tart, earthy dry cereal malts, some green apple. Palate is super crisp, clean fine carbonation and a quick finish. Flavour is composed of clean cereal, pils malts, grassy spicy noble hop, light chalk,. Goes down very easy.

Keg @ Flying Horse Hotel, Rochdale. Golden with a fair carbonation and a thick frothy-bubbly head. Hopped, floral, red-berry sweet, in about equal measure - it's a little different, but remains essentially a pils, a somewhat gassy one.
