Tap at Kernel, Bermondsey, 28th April 2023. Pours a light hazy orange. Aroma is yeast and citrus. Taste is bitter, yeast and pith, not bad, I hoped for more

Keg at Mother Arch ii, 27/04/23. Hazed orange with a decent light egg shell white covering that thins to a swirl. Nose is ripe citric flesh, grass, soft malts orange peel, pine needle, mandarin. Taste comprises light herb, oranfe zest, clove, faint nana, juicy citric vibes. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with balanced juicy hop bitterness. Solid exponent of the style and more proof not that it was needed, that the Kernel can turn their hands to all styles.

Keg at the brewery taproom. Pours lightly hazed gold with a lasting, creamy white head. Light sweet flavour, some light minerality, lemon peel, wheat flakes. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Retry clean finish. Sound.

Keg at the brewery, small pale cream colour head. Light palate, mildly dry, decent fine carbonation. Soft malts, a soft creamy sweetness. Mellow banana and mellowerer ripe fruits. Rounded orange from the Citra. Light semi dry finish. Decent and drinkable but no Kernel pixie dust in this one for me.

Tap at Arch 7 kernel tap. A hazed golden orange coloured pour with a lasting white froth. Aroma is semi sweet soft wheat, light plastic, tangerine, clove, soft wheat.. Flavour is composed of flaked wheat, grass, banana, light clove, flaked wheat. Light tang. Palate is crisp, grainy, light tang, highish carbonation.

Keg at Kernel. It pours cloudy golden - blond with a medium, fluffy white head. The aroma is fresh, bright, orangey, tangerine, banana, sherbet, candy, grassy, banana bread, foamy candy, spice, juicy, fresh and bready. The taste is smooth, bitter - sweet, green banana, foamy banana candy, nip of spice, wheaty bread, doughy, custardy malts, touch chalky, green, touch of spice and grass with a drying finish. Medium body and moderate, fluffy carbonation. Rounded and moreish. Very drinkable.
